ICPC 문제 유출 기도 사건

발단은 9월 초에 날아온 어떤 메일로부터 시작되었습니다.

To whom it may concern,

Since the date of the Seoul regional contest is nearby, the asia regional contest director, Prof. C. J. Hwang, told me that I should contact you, the chief judge of the contest about whether you would like us to help you verify the problem descriptions and data. The problems and data will be released to ICPC Official website (http://icpc.baylor.edu) and CII Online Judge Archive (http://cii-judge.baylor.edu) if you accept our request. However, due to the fact that the problems and data sets may have some minor problems, we would like to help you verify the test data.

If you accept our request, please send the problems and data into a zip or rar archive and send it back to me.

저는야 뭐... 내가 나설일 아님. 이니 그냥 넘어갔는데...


그런데 아니나다를까, 며칠 뒤에 대만쪽에서

I think it is weird to do that. Under no circumstance should we email the problem before the contest.
Meanwhile, you haven't identified yourself and your affiliation.

All Asia Directors:
 
The very bottom e-mail from Liu may be a fake and phishing e-mail.
 
Do not send contest problems or test data to anybody except
those of your judges or problem creators.
